We were in a situation where our pool service company was simply not providing the service we were expecting. I contacted Johnnie at JP’s Pool Service, as they were recommended by Leslie’s Pool in Alvin, TX. I told him the frustration I was feeling and we set up an appointment for him to come take a look. We met on a weekend afternoon and he started servicing our pool the next week. It has been a great experience – prompt, courteous, professional – I now know what it feels like to forget your pool and just enjoy it. Johnnie and his staff have been outstanding and have resolved several issues with our particular circumstances. JP’s Pool Service will work with you to resolve any issues and will not stop until they get it right! I have been very impressed and would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks JP’s Pool Service for making our pool enjoyable rather than a constant worry. – Bert Richardson

“Johnny is a great pool guy! He knows the business in and out and doesn’t beat around the bush. He tells you what needs to be done and gives you different options for doing it. He always shows up when he is supposed to and always communicates in a professional manner. Would highly recommend to anyone needing pool service!” – Mike Hughes

This customer’s pool is about 6 years old. After 5 years, it’s time to drain the pool, acid wash the plaster, check for leaks and make sure everything is in good working order. The plaster was brown-ish before the acid wash.
